My mum makes an amazing chocolate cake,the secret ingredient is condensed milk...it is fab.
Out in restaurants i always order american style baked cheese cake,something the yanks do better!

Almost anything Lemon for me! Had a fantastic lemon cake with a lemon type of icing in the middle, but made with real lemon juice!

proper new york "non-cheese" cheesecake... mmmmm but at the moment i am trying to cut down on the fat and diary so it doesn't make it easy...
