Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

It's terrible when others are having fun and don't realise that it is affecting those around them.

Can you speak to them?

It is a Saturday night and people party.

have you ever reported them to the council? or tried talking to them during the day? I did both with my neighbour and he realised the error of his ways...its now quite peaceful here

I've got inconciderate neighbours that I know I go to bed early due getting up at 4am for work are still banging & crashing around + loud TV (because they are pissed every night) till 10:30pmish gone,

If I say anything I'm talking bollocks, but if I'm slightly noisy by accident in a morning the C***the is banging on my front door & kicking off.

I can't put a noise complaint in to the council because I want to move eventually & it will affect me selling as I would have to declare any issues with the neighbours.

I totally understand you work shifts and it's a pain but you have to realise it's you that works unsociable hours not anyone else. My ex used to get a right twist on when our neighbours cut their grass of a day when he was on nights, he expected them to be considerate because he was working shifts!! Life's not like that I'm afraid I'd say to him. Shit I know but hey,

My neighbours have regular bbqs and such in the summer but it's only one night a week. Do your neighbours do this every night? Have you talked to them?

I can't stand having neighbours. Noise is just one of the reasons I'm moving somewhere I won't have neighbours for miles.

If that's not possible, ear plugs?

Ok, fancy a fuck instead then?

As to the OP's problem, are they owners or tenants. If they are tenants then they is highly likely to be a clause in their tenancy agreement that they are not to cause any disruption with neighbours. If this is the case raise it with their landlord/letting agent.

"Neighbours aren't always the best "

The real reason house prices are so high, people will pay huge amounts not to live near certain types.

Go through the proper channels and stop the anti-sociable behaviour. Is that really such a revolutionary idea? If they want to sell then they have a legal and moral duty to inform the seller and allow them to make an informed choice rather than just dumping a problem on them and running for the hills. I can't believe that really needs explaining to people.

Council website, even if they are not council tenants and neither are you, the council have a noise abatement officer, it's a health inspector, keep diary he may come round and do sound checks.

If one or both of you renting, either the councils pet housing company or privately, you contract and agreement says you can have quiet enjoyment of your home or something like that.

You can find their private landlord by checking for rent agreed properties on right move etc. Complain to all landlords involved in writing.

Go to co-op. There's a poster of your local community policing team there. The Pcsos are for anti social behaviour that's their job roll.

Also report any smells of drugs.

And the guy who has his neighbour bang on his door and kick off first thing in the morning, personally I'd open the door and punch him straight in the windpipe, then ring the police myself and explain he's threatened me in the past, I didn't know who was banging on the door until I opened it, I genuinely believed he was about to attack me and expedited my legal right to a pre emptive strike
