Life is beautiful mate. It's going to be nice and warm tomorrow. Go somewhere nice with a mate where you can people watch and clear your head.

All the crap that spoils life is shit done by people. Be prepared to be bold and make big changes to your life if your not happy.

Moving, changing your job, your friends, whatever you need to do, do it.

I just feel extremely lucky even when I'm having a bad day.

There are people out there with limited time, severe illnesses etc and here I am with the odd niggle.
