I love that song so much.
My first love song would be Richard Marx - Right here waiting |

"Something missing from this musical thread, can't quite put my finger on it....
But in the end it doesn't even matter (linkin park)"
But it does matter.. It isn't flowing right, its like there is a strange discordance... sorry I will muse alone, I had no desire to disrupt the thread |

hahaha but this.
Blue Stahli - Never Dance Again
Lyrics:
You say "I love you" while you're with somebody else
I should have known that you were only in it for yourself
I hate to tell ya but he isn't with you for your brain (no, no)
I bet you probably even have to have this song explained
I saw you hold his hand and walk across the street one day
You and your lover never made it out of the way
So I guess you'll never dance again (whoahhhh-oh)
Guess you'll never dance again (whoahhhh-oh)
I guess you'll never dance again
I kinda thought you'd be a little quicker on your feet
Being graceful doesn't help ya, baby, when you cheat (no, no, no)
You ate the pavement after all the little games you played
And met the bumper of the driver that you betrayed
So I guess you'll never dance again (whoahhhh-oh)
Guess you'll never dance again (whoahhhh-oh)
I guess you'll never dance again (never, never)

Strong Enough by Cher
She was a massive Cher fan and this was her favourite Cher song, and mines too for that matter. It was only after she finished with me the irony of lyrics hits me
Nobody Knows the Boyzone version gets me too. I'd heard the original TRP dozens of times in the past and never gave it a second thought. Yet again, it was just after she left me I heard this and the lyrics just sprung out to me as it describe every single emotion that I was going through |

"Kate Bush's The Warm Room always casts me back to a certain situation and a time in my youth when i was so in love i thought i was drowning in it. "
Simply Red. - Stars. Does exactly the same to me. Everytime I hear it, I remember the first girl I fell for. |
