You just gotta start putting yourself out there and chatting to girls. The chat will be rubbish at the beginning, but it will get better.
You might want to try dating sites rather than here to hone your talking to women skills first before trying to chat women up in real life.

TBH I think you need to somehow push past your boundaries if you can, you've got a good body (obviously I don't know if your looks match) But you can trust me, it doesn't get any easier the older you get but good luck  |
