Yeah that's the problem which is why I eat the full fat versions of things. Well that's my excuse anyway

my kids tell me to avoid the sugar free versions for various reasons - i prefer real butter as opposed to healthy spread - crisps i love and fatter and chunkier the better - just have to limit - prefer to enjoy less often but be satisfied - hmmmm might add that to profile

I kind of bought a diet version of chocolate digestives -dark chocolate digestive thins. But I'm eating them in pairs and they're very moreish.
