Man: What is your big or smallest shirt or pants size you worn in your life? As for me it was 48 pants and 4xl shirt I am known fit into a size 40 pants and xl shirt neck size from 20” to 16 and a half neck size this time maybe less soon.

Up until two years ago I was a 34" waist leaning more towards 36" - last summer I bought a pair of shorts and some black jeans both in a 30" waist.
Tops/shirts I was XL or XXL - I'm now L and sometimes can get away with a M |

Smallest - probably a 10 as a teenager when I was around 14 years old.
I'm normally a 12/14 depending on the fit of clothes, but I have a tight fitting non-elasticated pin up style dress in a 16, as the size 14 basically prevented me from breathing.  |

Default size for me is 12 now and when I was younger a 10 but since sizes vary from shop to shop a 10 will fit me in Marks and Spencer while a 14 is comfortable in some of the shops aimed at younger women.
It's not about the number on the label its about the cut and quality of the clothes. |

Jeans, biggest: 36, pushing 38; smallest: 28 (kids jeans!)
T shirts, biggest: XL; smallest: medium
Shirts: no idea! I think I'm about a 16 and a half now |

12-14 now, not sure how big i was when i was 16 and a half stone but it was massive, i just wore baggy tshirts and leggings that stretched so even a size 10 leggings fit me in those days.
smallest i've been is a size 10, before kids. after kids a 12. |
