Went out for a late lunch/early dinner. Had confit leg of duck with cherry sauce, dauphinose pots, parsnips & carrots followed by gooseberry compot with an almond, ginger & cinnamon crumble. It was deeeeeelish!

Tonight's delight was oven baked potatoes topped with tuna , sweetcorn, red onions, capers seasoned with coarse ground black pepper , sea salt chopped tarragon with a good dollop of mayonnaise

tonight i had a ready meal and a little bit of black pudding.

mixed the tomatoes with the beans and they tasted like crap, and the black pudding also had a mank texture, not happy with tonights food.

gonna console myself with cake.
