Just come back from a funeral, the cremation of a customer turned friend, he was a real character and I cherish the memories I have of him and our conversations.
There were tears but mostly laughter, singing and dancing, a complete celebration of a full life well lived, I am somber and ebullient in equal measure.
Just wanted to share. |

Good you could laugh and reminisce with fondness.
The last funeral I went to was the hardest and saw the most people in our family crying, for the longest time. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
"Aww thanks guys, I'm ok, it was a really great funeral, people dancing round the coffin, never been to one like it,
Thanks again for the thoughts xx"
That's a good funeral. There can be joy among the sadness. Celebrate the life and memories as you mourn the loss. |
