In China an 80 year old woman threw a handful of coins for Buddhist good luck into the plane engines as she was boarding.
Most missed and landed on the floor, but the plane was emptied and delayed for 5 hours while engineers stripped the engine to check if any others had gone in.
I can imagine her popularity with the other passengers lol
Anybody else been stuck with nightmare passengers? |

 I know it can't be helped but you're right. A ten hour flight with screaming kids - argggh!!!
Or kids (or even adults) that constantly bang or knock or pull on your seat!!
Not so bad if you turn left mind ..  |

Worst I had was a passenger spotting a cockroach on a plane before take off - rather than just stamping on it they reported it to staff who then had to clear the plane while it was fumigated - which then took the staff over their alloted working hours.
We finally took off 9 hours late!! Mind you it did mean I got upgraded to First Class on the return journey!! |
