Yep you hear it right I've been unwell for a few days, won't go into detail as you may be having your supper, well now I need to eat but worried it won't stay put. |

You sound like you have had what i had last week!! For a whole week!!
Better out than in my lovely. Drink plenty and eat plain food and keep a loo within your sights and keep up with your buttock clenching exercises x |

Avoid fruit for now.
Dont quote me on this but i remember reading something along the lines of fibre based foods are good contrary to what i would of thought |

My pharmacist recommended plain cooked chicken, rice and carrots when I've had sickness bugs. Oh and those rehydration sachets. Fairly plain but will replace what you've lost. |
