I doubt many women would get aroused by dressing as men as women wear 'male clothes' daily without anyone batting an eye so the ones you see on here are probably transgender rather than transvestite.
Lots of men get aroused by dressing in women's clothes, even if it's just one clothing item, so this site is awash with transvestites and a number of transgender mtf. |

I'd also say that a lot of spaces don't really cater to trans men's sexualities. We tend to be more invisible in society as a whole, and then you see the same thing repeated when it comes to sex: there really aren't any spaces which specifically cater to trans men/ people who are interested in trans men. For example, on here all trans people are listed in one category, which makes it difficult for trans men, and people who are interested in them to find one another.
For a lot of people, that'll be enough to put them off using a space, and that's before you get people popping up who have misread profiles (I've had people message me thinking I'm MtF) and general ignorance.
What I'll say is trans guys are just as interested in this type of thing as anyone else, but I can see why we're under represented. |

I know of one FTM CD. I think there are more FTM transsexual folk, who have a deeper gender dysmorphia and feel the need to transition.
I think libido also has something to do with it. The male libido is quicker to rise and fall. Most male TVs will probably get into it as a sexual thrill. And the initial thrill will fall, which is when most TVs have their first purge, throwing all their gurly stuff away and thinking they're done with it.
Then it comes back. And it's deeper. And it's changing. And the longer it goes on, the less the sexual aspect is what drives it. Many TVs describe a feeling of peace and calm when they're in touch with their feminine sides. Some even transition.
