OK, so what do you pop?

This time of year I have to take something for my Hayfever ;

And I've actually started on some cod liver oil and glucosamine because my hips were getting a little sore

Nothing, except for the over the counter stuff when I have a headache or cold/flu.

I stopped the illegal stuff years ago.

A world of my own

Two kinds of blood pressure meds daily. I hate it.

I suffer frequent headaches amd eye rain as a result of hypertension but I try hard not to take pain relief if I can avoid it.

I try not to take any medication these days because I used to need 30+ tablets a day about 5 years ago.

The only thing I do take regularly is a zinc supplement. I have an auto-immune condition and this helps keep it under control.

having an underactive thyroid is linked to fibromyalgia, as is an early menopause...that's been and gone too

Rarely take any kind of pills if I can help it....I'll maybe take a couple of tramadol once every couple of months when my foot gives me gip from when I smashed my heel in three pieces,but only if it's particularly bad.

Though if there's ever a day I would've liked a few mothers little helpers it's today after my 1st day back at work after doing fuck all for the last three months!

Scunthorpe

Anita is a serious hay-fever sufferer, so she's popping pills for that for about 8 months of the year.

I personally try to avoid ever taking anything... not a fan of medication.

Hay fever for very mild hay fever - used to be much worse.

I restrict pain meds until it's very severe.
