I try not to take any medication these days because I used to need 30+ tablets a day about 5 years ago.
The only thing I do take regularly is a zinc supplement. I have an auto-immune condition and this helps keep it under control. |

co codamol as and when I need them for various aches, pains and headaches
Must be because we wear red, lol"
having an underactive thyroid is linked to fibromyalgia, as is an early menopause...that's been and gone too |

Rarely take any kind of pills if I can help it....I'll maybe take a couple of tramadol once every couple of months when my foot gives me gip from when I smashed my heel in three pieces,but only if it's particularly bad.
Though if there's ever a day I would've liked a few mothers little helpers it's today after my 1st day back at work after doing fuck all for the last three months! |
