Why do people on the train appear to think that it is ok to sit in reserved seating then moan when asked to move when the person who seat it is.

6 lads sitting at a table set, one lad has been asked to move they guys have refused to move. It's rude and ignorant especially when you know is not your seat

Do you have to pay extra to reserve a seat ?

There's no extra cost to reserve a seat. This happened to me and my daughter and ticket collector did nothing about it.

I complained to Virgin and was given two free first class return tickets to London.
