I'm up early enough today to have two. Cereal first then do the washing and have second breakfast of the day, a full fry, or maybe scrambled eggs and some smoked salmon, or poached eggs benedict.....ooh spoilt for choices.

What's yours going to be today, do you have a special for the weekend or same as during the week?

Hope you caught & smoked the salmon yourself as beans are a bugger to chase down in my garden & the toast is always burnt by the time I do

I landed the salmon in the supermarket.

Although my sons and friends are all off fishing today and we do have a home-made smoker which we've used with success for pigeon breasts and fillets of fish.

Doubt if they will catch a salmon though.

Two slices of thick cut crusty bread with 2 fried eggs & plenty of ground black pepper washed down with a milky coffee. Sumptuous indeed

Hull

On a Sunday, it is usually the treat of having Sausage, Eggs and pancakes.

But, the pancakes are home-made, and the Sausage has to be Lorne sausage. To you Sassenachs out there , that's the square, sliced variety.!

Just had mine; luvverly!

Reminds me of family Sunday breakfasts!
