I'm neither overall happy nor unhappy. Just in a state of overall steadiness.
At a more granular level though, many aspects of my life I'm happy with. Others I'm not. I need to find the time the change the latter and continue to focus on the former!  |

think we are all still a work in progress...
im still wanting to lose loads of weight but im starting to wear make up and do my hair.. im walking with a spring in my step and im singing more  |

I'm probably going to sound all new age, but I'm learning to be happy and content with the now. It's a long journey for me and I need to concisely make and effort to be in the now. But, yes I'm happier.

I'm happy with the positive changes I've made and thanks to a few on here, i probably feel happier about myself and my body than i have done in more than a decade.

Yes, yes I am. Not because I think I'm perfect but more because I know my faults (well most of them) and either try to improve on them (never going to happen  ) or I accept that nobody is perfect.

It's partly an age thing and partly being the type of person who genuinely doesn't care what other people think of me, apart from loved ones obviously. |

Yes. I am very happy we have just got my great great grandfathers name confirmed by the USA and also my great great grandmothers maiden name
We have been searching for nearly 10 years for this so for me I feel like I know a little bit more of my family.

I don't really seek happiness for its own sake and am largely fine with myself as I'm generally great. I'd look to change things for more balance, if I needed it. Happiness is a part of the whole of life, alongside contentment and other qualities Imo. |
