Time, patience, communication and for her to genuinely desire it.
Start by talking to her and see if it is something she is interested in. If yes build on it from there by talking openly with her. If she says no don't push it. She will either consider it on her own and warm up to the idea or she won't.
Pushing her to do something she doesn't want to will only make her more determined that it won't happen. |

You cannot "get" her to do anything she doesn't wish to do....nor should you try.
You can if course ask, or just mention it as a fantasy and gauge how she reacts. In the end it is her choice weather she participates. |

Try and engage from her openness to sex and what she was like with previous partners
