I like going out a walk with my camera...sometime I'll lose hours(in the bushes etc...sounds bad lol), as some of the nights are becoming much better I have a bit more time..birds,bees,etc sunsets.

Usually a cup of tea, and some peace and quiet. At times the cup of tea gets swapped for a glass of wine if the time of the day allows.

I get in, feed the cats and do a workout (mix of stretches, lunges, planks and similar and yoga). Then I know the rest of the evening is mine. I usually destress from the work day by walking home before I do all that though. And if all else fails I just have a long shower and read a book while I'm in there. |
