so near and yet so far....

Good afternoon sexies, hope this weather isn't too much for you?

I am looking for recommendations for overnight accommodation (hotel, I'll be flying from Gatwick at 8am) and being able to park my car securely whilst I go on hols in October when we have all forgotten this hot spell!

Anyone got a secret hotel that they always use?

...Up on the Downs

Do you have money to burn? If so Gravetye Manor! Gatwick official longstay parking is fine.

We stayed at the Travelodge last time, it was really cheap but that's the only positive I can give other than the car was there when we got back.

North West

I always use the APH car park and stay at the Copthorne hotel. The car park is just down the road from the hotel.

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

I was going to suggest using the train, but whilst Winchester is on the main line between Southampton and London, you`d either have to change at Southampton or Clapham Junction. Gatwick Airport has it`s own dedicated railway station.

Hull

I worked for a,week last year,at one of the major Gatwick Hotels. All have room and park deals including shuttle services between hotel and terminals.

It's a case of shopping around for the best deal.

I would highly recommended acorn lodge. Only 5 mins from gatwick with secure parking at there sister hotel( can't remember the name) and free shuttle to both north and south terminals. Reasonably priced and nice clean tidy rooms. All ensuite and great way to start you holiday

park gate

Holiday inn, secure parking included in the price (price does change a little depending on length of holiday)

Used it loads never had a problem, always use a hotel the night before a early flight as who knows with the roads these days.

Used a few of the more expensive ones but it's just a bed the night before a flight so I don't really think there wort it.
