Dear Mr. Vernon,
We accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention for whatever it is that we did wrong. But we think you're crazy to make us write an essay telling you who we think we are. You see us as you want to see us in the simplest terms and the most convenient definitions. But what we found out is that each one of us is a brain and an athlete and a basket case a princess and a criminal....Does that answer your question?
Sincerely yours, The Breakfast Club.

Most definitely everything star wars... and in the order that they were made too.
On the subject of films though, as a teenager I remember a film who's title was the stuff of legend. Everyone had heard of it... but I've never met anyone who's seen it.
"Debbie Does Dallas" probably the most famous porn movie ever, but who's actually seen it? I made a point of downloading it a few years ago just so I'd actually seen it.

The Life of Brian to perfectly illustrate how bloody stupid all religion is.
Schindlers List to show that even in terrible times good men can actually do something.
The Killing Fields. To learn about the scourge of Communism.
And one I'd forgotten about until I watched it again last night on Film 4.
The Way Back. So they will learn about the adversity and deprivations that people will suffer to escape the scourge of Communism. |

I've watched some good interviews with a few of the cast of Life Of Brian. They were very definite in their intention to not mock religion at all.
The people that pervert it and twist it perhaps, but not religion itself.
Bloody brilliant film though |

Sorry to get political but in it's purest form communism is a sound ideal - there is an argument that says the first true communist was Christ - it's the corruption of communism which is the problem |
