I'm sure there will be a covert swingers scene in Dubai I would say that unless yours is such an insatiable sex drive it compels you to disrespect local custom I'd refrain for the duration of your time their ....

You'd be wrong...there's a very vibrant scene there.
OP, you might get lucky but they tend to be suspicious of newcomers for obvious reasons. |

As above, from swinger freinds of mine moved to Dubai a few years ago and the scene was vibrant, but very difficult to penetrate by outsiders and as a single guy almost impossible you have to be introduced.
Shame they've moved to lebabon or i'd have given you their details.. |
