i have a constant nag list at work - simple stuff that everybody should do without a second thought but they dont - oh it gets me so cross that i used to just end up doing those jobs myself and in total takes about 40 minutes - so ive stopped and i had a rant and the lead nurse ranted on my behalf - has anything changed - has it balls sorry just in that kind of a mood right now not my usual state of mind and im not even in work

What I do is take a deep deep breath reach into my tool bag and I pull out this big fuck off monkey wrench. I then explain to the little warm all gentle and carmly that if they don't stop what they are doing or do what ever I'm explaining then it will be inserted into the brain and it's going to have a little tinker in there till that brain kicks back into life. Nothing to it xx

Mine was people who would leave tools all over the workbench. I refused to move them..in the end I did. Just swept them with arm onto the floor. Kept doing it,they soon got fed up of rummaging on the floor looking for screwdrivers and spanners. Now we have a shit free workbench. Job done.
