Give them a packed lunch and tell them to go out for the day and not come back till 5. We did it as kids lol. |

we did to but we always had quite a large group and some older children and the dogs with us too. |

Depending on there ages bike rides are great local parks picnics etc my eldest I have bought her a sports pass £39 for whole 6 weeks great value including swimming, indoors and out plus all activities within sports centres. Contact your local tourist information centre for days out. Or adult education centres who also do cheap coach days out. |

get them to eat lots of nestle chocolate so you can get the tokens for them free sport lessons things that young diver advertises on the TV  |
