I dunno about you, but hot weather makes me lose my appetite, so it's a bit of salad for me.

I have a swollen throat so I pretty much haven't eaten anything apart from porridge yesteday.

But the weather itself does not affect my apetite, it just makes me want to drink more and eat cold stuff.

I've managed to for the last ten years.Terrible diet,eat loads of bad food,drink regularly.Rugby training and matches has successfully kept the fat off,only time I started to get a gut was when I broke my leg and couldn't train for three months
