For those not in the know NSV = None Scale Victory.
As i cannot share it with fellow fat fighters i thought i may get away with it here....
My NSV after a couple of months is not the 12lb i've lost, or the smaller clothes, or the walking i now do with ease and thoroughly enjoy.
My NSV was last night climbing on top and having a bloody good ride on my bloke at a club. I've not had that position for years because i huffed n puffed & my legs/thighs ached. In actual fact i've been with my bloke for 5 years 4 months and apart from 30seconds early in our relationship i never attempted it again....
Now that's a FAB NSV. What's yours?

"Being able to see over my stomach to the head buried between my legs was nice. And being able to easily do a shoulderstand again, which has led to some interesting positions. "
Oh my, one can only imagine.... I think by the time i finish using the weights at the gym i may do a shoulder stand myself |

"My NSV was being able to see my willy again without the aid of a mirror.
I promptly started eating again "
Me & my foo are looking forward to a reconciliation of a similar way |

I doubt I will ever be able to do a shoulder stand again. I'm aiming for my legs further back over my head instead. |
