What really annoys you during the summer? For me its motorcyclists who ditch the leathers and ride in shorts and t-shirts and also people who walk their dogs lunchtime and early afternoon when the heat and sun are at their strongest. |

And to make it worse, had to finally attack the jungle/lawn yesterday and it's completely flattened me. Eyes glued together and can't breathe. |

I love it when it's hot but hate flies, mosquitoes, flying ants and people who seem oblivious to the fact they might need to shower more frequently in higher temperatures
Oh ... and the disappointment when you go to buy an ice cold drink and they're barely chilled because everyone else has already had the same idea ... |

The rash that develops where your thighs meet (apart from you lucky ladies with a thigh gap) when you wear a dress all day
Moths that insist on paying you a visit because you've left the back door open at night as its too hot.

"My lovely little village and beach being overrun with bad manne_ed and inconsiderate tourists
Just shout at them...
'Oi! Get off my land!'"
I occasionally have had to!! Its not unusual to find kids staying in nearby holiday homes playing football on my lawn, using my driveway as a racetrack for their gokarts or have my driveway totally blocked up by beachgoers who have parked in it for the day. I've even found people wandering through the grounds picking flowers and on one memorable occasion setting up a picnic on my lawn furniture (which they had moved to suit themselves) |

Wtf now that's taking the right to roam a little too fckin literal
I have a dog and shotguns and I'm certain their little picnic would be disturbed with a few choice words. I bet you have clear signs at the entrance to the land too... bloody eejits never read |

Some guy blocked my driveway the other week as there's road works in the next street. This is despite the fact that my driveway is the only one on the entire side of the road.... AND has a large sign on the gates stating do not park in front... and lastly the large silver 4x4 didn't give him a clue..
I had to go to work... no sign of him... so what to do.. taxi to work or use my motorcycle
So I decided to use my motorcycle.. not before taking my heavy duty magnum chain and padlock and puttting it through his front driver side wheel. Locking it pretty tight and leaving a little sign on the windscreen that said.
"As you can't read the large sign on the gate, nor noticed my car in the only driveway on this side, I thought I would print it in large font clearly.
I have had to take other methods of transport to work today thanks to your lack of awareness and consideration, you can now do the same and find your way to work. so that I can personally thank you and unlock your vehicle somewhere between 6-10pm this evening you might want to be around that time."
When I came home later the note was there with a hand written apology... so I took it off and the car disappea_ed sometime that evening

People, mainly blokes, who've never cook throughout the year thinking they're Jamie Oliver just because the sun's out and polluting the garden air with burnt sausages on their rusty barbecues! |

Having to water all the hund_eds of flowers I've grown twice a day...they look beautiful but need soooo much attention.
Also Hayfever....I get it really really bad and it pisses me off....but I'm only allergic to early grass pollens so a couple more weeks and I'll be snot and itchy eye free. Yay. |

Heat rash. Everything feeling slippy because if the copious amounts of suncream I have to wear. Mad hair because I have to pin it up off my neck when the weather's this sultry. Grubby shins from maxidress dusty hem syndrome because it's too hot to wear my boots that make them the perfect length the rest of the time. Having to shave my armpits and legs more often and getting shaving bumps because I can't wear tights or cardigans. And when I am podgier, the dreaded chub rub. I don't really mind it though; it's an excuse to pop out at lunchtime and buy all my workmates icepops. |

Agree with both, our dog has hardly left the house for a week, he's a cold climate breed & hates this weather, playing with the hose with him early evening is fun though. I have to test ride bikes I've worked on & was out in the leathers Sunday at about six thirty in the morning to avoid the heat.
H suffers with hayfever quite badly so she's non too happy atm either..

Oh yes those dogs really suffer, poor things. Early or late walks are best for all dogs in this heat. Nice to hear of someone who hasnt ditched their leathers. |
