Naked all year round I sleep with only a 1.5 tog duvet in the winter with windows open and no heating.

So no way is anything on me when it's like this I end up exhausted all the time because I just can't sleep 3 fans on doors and window open and it's still 28c in here

Always sleep naked. Currently laid on top of my bed with a fan on. Might get inside a king size duvet cover an place the fan into it to cool down. It's nice an cool outside now
