I was taking my constitutional along the promenade earlier today ....
The council has spent a fortune upgrading the seated areas which were jam packed with families and teenagers and no-one was interacting with each other ..... you could see young kids desperate to play on the sand but unable too because the parents faces were glued too their fucking phones ......

The council has spent a fortune upgrading the seated areas which were jam packed with families and teenagers and no-one was interacting with each other ..... you could see young kids desperate to play on the sand but unable too because the parents faces were glued too their fucking phones ......

They were there in body but not in mind .......
When I was their age the beach was adventure a fantastic place to meet people and get up to all sort of innocent mischief and fun....
If they are not stuffing their faces on junk food and energy drinks they are totally absorbed by those fucking phones ..... |
