Hi OP,
There's a muscle that runs from the back of your skull to your shoulder.
You need to stretch it
Essentially turn you head away from the bad shoulder and move it down
It you then put your hand on your neck you should be able to feel it go tight
With your finger tips try to pull it forward for a few seconds , like I said your just trying to stretch it
Hope this works , it did for me |
