Do you mean compensated. Dont think they do for a short length of time. Might give you a good will gesture

I think there is (or at least there used to be) a 3 day limit on faults, after that you could claim compensation, don't know if that's changed.

A couple of days isn't a big deal, hardly worthy of compensation.

Better to inform them of the inconvenience caused and maybe get a goodwill gesture from them.

I moved from talktalk a few weeks ago because of this issue, and it generally being shite on all fronts. They had the cheek to send me a letter exclaiming what I'm missing out on.TWATS.

"I think there is (or at least there used to be) a 3 day limit on faults, after that you could claim compensation, don't know if that's changed."

"If we fail to repair or supply your service on time, you can claim Daily Rate Rental Credit which will be calculated as follows: Quarterly rental x 4 divided by 365 = the daily rental."

That's if its a BT line, and it varies, but for standard lines this kicks in after 2 full days of no service.

I've always had compensation of some type. Virgin trains is now doing automatic compensation, so it may come to their telecoms rtc
