What kit do you need if you're going under canvas?
Do you want to get away from it all with just the basics, or do you require electric hook-ups?
I'm a basic camper, myself, but I've seen people with tv's and even a large George foreman grill |

I've done basic & glamping. We're treated ourselves to an air tent & trialling it next month. Hopefully it will be better than our last camping trip!! |

I try not to even use a tent if possible!
I would much rather sling up a hammock and spend the night under the stars.
A Kelly kettle or jetboil for cooking, wetted fleece jacket to keep things cool. |

I bought a berghaus air tent and it's bloomin brilliant!
I still prefer chucking an air bed in the back of my VW though |

We're off for a couple of days camping next week, our first time. We've got a four man tent, double air bed , single burner stove and small BBQ.
If we enjoy it we'll buy and electric hook up so that next time we can charge our phones and take laptops too |
