this has been me, look at the bags under my eyes in my profile pic.
damaged my neck though so it's painful lying down. i just watch DVDs all night and chat on my phone instead, really into Sam Worthington at the minute and he cheers me up. |

My new medication is for my arthritis in my neck. I've just read the leaflet and they're anti depressants. |

is that instead of painkillers? i heard they work in the same way as painkillers, along the same neural pathways. all i've been given is ibropufen gel. it's not any good.

Instead of painkillers yes. He said they will work on the nerves and relax the muscles, but now I'll have to go through the getting worse before I feel better stage again. |

I have no problem falling asleep ..especially mid afternoon
its the quality of sleep when I am asleep that's the problem, and the slightest noise and I am wide awake again anyway.. |
