Hi guys im going to be starting lean in 15 next week was just wondering if anyone has tried it and what sort of results they have had?

Im not really trying to lose weight as id say im quite slim but i am trying to tone up and as they say you cant out train a bad diet.

It was covered alongside a few other diets including 6-2, in a TV show earlier this year. Did you see it op?

southend

I like some of his recipes. I use some of the mains of when I do a bulk cook.

I wouldn't pay for his programme though. Simply because I don't have the willpower to do it by myself. I need a P.T. motivating me. Plus my local gym offers something similar for a lot less money.
