From personal experience it really can make a difference, obviously if the woman knows how to make use of the piercing.
There's a particular fab forumite who I'm privelidged to call a good friend of mine who has literally made my legs buckle with what she can do with a pierced tongue! |

I've had my tongue pierced since 1999, I've only ever given blow jobs with a pierced tongue but don't know how it feels to receive. The guys I give them to enjoy them but they'd enjoy them whether I had my tongue pierced or not. |

Never really noticed a difference, but I am one of those annoying fuckers who struggles to come from head.
I have my tongue pierced and if I'm going down on a lady with a pierced clit I sometimes have to take it out or it sounds like a fucking sword fight down there. |

It's not just about the piercing. It's about whether the person giving it enjoys what they're doing and has a good technique anyway. The piercing can enhance, but in no way makes a person that ain't good at giving them suddenly fantastic at it.
