So I appear to have awoken with a frozen shoulder. It's my right one too, meaning that arm is effectively out of action.
I could use someone to lend a hand ![](/icons/s/wink.gif) |

I'm used to getting the cold shoulder off the women on here!
But in all seriousness I've had that in the past and it's not nice - hopefully it'll sort itself soon otherwise go get it looked at! Good luck fella |

I had this. I understand your pain op.
This morning I had frozen finger. You know when you spray deodorant and the van is the wrong way around. That.
I hope that cheered you up. |

"There's a film called Dead Snow where loads of frozen shoulders come back to life and eat everyone in Norway. it's actually Sweden but hey ho
You say potato... " it's actually a good film but the acting is a little stiff. |

I've had a frozen shoulder for over a year now, got most of my range of movement back, just can't raise my elbow above shoulder height or up my back. So after a year of Naproxen twice a day it looks like I'm going to have to go for the injection.
Has anyone had the injection, how did it work for you? |

Yes me, it worked really well. Took a year of painkillers and physio and waiting for an appointment then had the injection and a day or so later it was fine. Kept doing the physio and now it's back to normal. |

Cheers Steve
And OP,
If it is a true frozen shoulder, ibuprofen won't even touch the sides, I had to sleep sitting up in a chair full of pain killers for a week before the drugs kicked in.
Good luck. |
