I've given it 20 minutes and I've had to turn it off. Wooden acting, dancing is nowhere near a side good.

Nicole Sherzinger is playing penny and she is a good dancer but the heart and the character isn't in it, bloody don't get me started on Jonny! No one would beat Patrick.

My sentiments exactly.. I switched it on half way through..I was already fed up after 5 mins and then I saw sherzi.. it all made sense... she probably had Lewis bankroll it.. she's a great singer and dancer, but this isn't even in the same ballpark as the original..

I watched it all the way through and I described it as being like a Disney remake with all the subtext spelt out. I thought it'd be a lot worse but it desperately missed the spark and intensity.
