A long distance lorry driver

the idea of driving around the country/world and getting paid for it sounded amazing! Long hours and traffic jams never entered my mind when I was a kid lol

What did you want to be and why?

Funeral director.

I have always found death interesting.

I couldn't do any part of the job that meant interacting with the families though, I'd end up a blubbering mess.

I always wanted my own pub.. I can see myself as a Peggy Mitchel.. gerr arrrt a my pub!! Not sure why? Fondness for drink and being a social butterfly perhaps

Originally a miner, the mines closed.

Then engineer in Pilkingtons, that shut down.

Artificer in the navy, eye trauma stopped that.

Then I didn't know what I wanted.

2 things i wanted to do - one was interior designer and the other was a cartographer - i used to love walking had visions of walking all over the place plotting spots of interest and such - did neither
