You cant run outlook on Android, but it will synch with it.
as in you should be able to get your emails etc,

Not used an Android, but you need to get the POP3 and SMTP details from whoever provides your mail, i.e. basically the user/password/server details you entered in Windows Outlook.
Googling for people who've done the same with the same provider is best bet, unless you have a handy local geek boy/girl.

It's more for the diary element, means I can enter on the phone, sync with the business computer and use for invoicing time to customers |
