My elderley neighbour has died he has no realatives his home was cleaned by council & is empty now but his mobilty car is still outside dont think anyone is aware it was his ..
Do i phone the council & inform them
or phone up a scrap dealer and do deal with him to split the value of the car between us |

The car will now belong to the company he got it from.
Doubt they would appreciate you stealing it.

So you think sell the car as well?  "
I was going for just using it. Speeding tickets would be in the dead guy's name. It might even have a blue badge and I can park everywhere for free. Obvious, right?
