dozed off and on most of yesterday - got a headache that just wont shift and a throat thats very sore and my voice has gone (maybe not a bad thing some might think) - change of season cold - but now im awake and having a lemon and honey doodar and a catch up - sympathy needed  |

Hope you get well soon.
Also y not try boots anaesthetic and antibiotic throat lozenges.
Thay work a treet with a sor throat. And to me work better than a strepsill or sum thing cos thay are antibiotic. |

i usually get jakemans to suck - they seem to soothe the part that nothing else reaches - thought i had some but not so - will pop to b & ms in the morning |

Yeah yesterday I started getting ill, got soaked in the rain Monday day then had heating in which always makes me a bit bad, plus it was cold and windy in the night and I had my windows open, woke up freezing and closed them. Think I've got flu cos all my bones were aching yesterday and today, headache and stuffy nose. Temperature today is 38.6 but i feel cold but my skin is hot.
Just taking paracetamol to try and bring my temperature down and stop the headache, drinking lots of water and laying on the sofa! |
