But wouldn't stop him detonating a vest, or pulling the trigger, or slashing with the blade.
Put 'em down hard is the safest option to protect the innocent. |

No true agree won't stop them detenting there vests but wouldn't the officer do that by shooting him in the chest |

You're taught to aim for the centre of the mass. Less chance of missing, and in this sort of scenario, hitting an innocent passer by. |
