Been eating clean and green tea but mainly cycling. Been doing 35 to 45 mile ride outs every 3rd day so burning way more calories than I'm consuming.

I've been in a pretty good mood lately. Got some fun plans made for the weekend, which I'm looking forward to.

My birthday is also in about a week and I've got great plans to go down to London, have a meet, wander around. Times are good!
