Witch hazel or aloe works quite well for me. I do alot of mountain biking and refuse to wear anything but shorts when I do so it's a common problem for me

Yup, if it ain't stained green you've not rubbed hard enough.

The doc leaf thing isn't true. As stated above vinegar is the way forward

I don't want a green foot though!

Off to try vinegar.

Shall I salt it too?

Try stinging your foof with the nettles . That will take the edge of the original irritation and take you to a whole new level

You need to crush the doc leaf in a bowl and add water.

I work in the woods and get stung daily this time of year.

Take some antihistamine - non-drowsy if possible

Forgot to add don't rub the leaf onto the sting. There is a reason why but I can't remember right now. Silly brain

Also bicarb of Soda - Sodium bicarbonate - could be helpful. Make a paste and dab it on

You just need a bloody good shag - it'll take your mind of the sting. Give you another tingle to think about.....

If you get a stinging nettle, handle carefully at the stem, and sting your most sensitive genital area.... your foot pain won't be an issue

Amputate it, then you can always go to a shoe shop and steal one on display and do hopper before anyone notices

Just don't pick the other shoe, or you'll be hopping on the wrong foot.

Might as well go the whole way and try a bit of ketchup too

Lol. Thanks everyone for ALL your suggestions.

I did the vinegar thing and it worked.

Not the vinegar stroke, I might add.
