I couldn't give a stuff about it.
I like mountain biking, it angers me when British riders win world titles and get no recognition for it. But a bunch of douchebags that can't hit a cows arse with a banjo are seemingly worthy of the attention. |

As a sport, i dont mind it. Actually play it with mates from work once a fortnight for fun and a little exercise.
Its all the politics that go with it that i dont like, which is mainly scandals about the players.
I put up with it on a global scale because high profitting companies (such as Coca Cola, Adidas, etc) who make billions of money a year pay advertising/sponsership to the teams. These teams then use the money to pay for their players wage, which then inadvertently gets taxed and put back into the country via taxes.
I dont like the fact players like Rooney make in a week what most soldiers make in 10 years, but looking at the flipside his tax alone pays for a substantial amount of soldiers wages. |

Always been a massive football fan.
Used to be season ticket holder at Old Trafford till I moved south. My brother and me used to go to United home matches then the week after we'd go to either Wolves, Villa or Baggies.
Our son is a Football in the Community coach, and plays non league, at quite a good level.
Love it |

Never have been a fan of Football! Pisses me off when you get a part of the news on "Sport" but in reality it is all about football!
I believe it is just a tribal thing as opposed to the actual game with a lot of guys. The old Millwall fans were only looking to have a war and needed colours. Same with a lot of "fans" even today! They even have to be part of the "success". Why else would there be more people who have never been near Manchester let alone are actually in this country who support them?
Nah! Football, you can have it all... Shall I wrap it for you? |

Straight up im not a follower of any team, however i think it is great.. keeps men occupied and trains there concentration levels for 2 X 45min periods of time
Joking a side its good for bars & pubs that have already suffered enough with the smoking ban, financial situation of recent times etc. Its good for people to be passionate about things, whether you like it or hate it.. always a good conversation maker. |

I love football.
I've played football at least once a week all my adult life and as a child every day!
I support Sunderland AFC who are going to win something this year and not the wooden spoon.
I do think the top end of the sport has lost it's soul a little. The football played in The Championship and leagues 1 and 2 has much more guts to it. |

I grew up in a household that was sport mad....football being at the top of a very long list.
It has made me hate any kind of sport...
So lucky that Mr doesn't really watch sport except F1 |

Die hard football fan here. I love watching all football but am a fan of Manchester United FC.
Whilst I despair at the corruption in the game at the top levels, you only have to go to your local park on a Sunday morning and watch the younger lads who get up and play in all weathers to see where the true love of the game lies. |

It is legendary at work that I know nowt about it. An oft told story of me asking what all the people were doing outside with flags on cars. The I.T tech who was visiting asked my team if I was serious. They sighed and said. 'oh yes, she has no idea'. It was apparently some sort of world tournament or something. I just thought everyone had suddenly become patriotic.
