Ello all
I will be joining a load of mates and EX WELSH GUARDS to walk up the PEN-Y-FAN, for charity to raise funds for the families of the Welsh Guards,, the date is 3rd october 2009,, as some of you will know i dont walk anywhere , so this will be a task in itself for me anyway,lol,,
