Thought I better shave off my weeks worth of beard this morning as I have to actually go to work tomorrow (booo!)

I have the most dreadful shaving rash now, look like Freddy Krueger... anyone have any soothing suggestions bottled or not

Weirdly, rubbing some Listerine in seems to help. Something to do with alcohol in it I'd guess.

Trowbridge

When you do it again, use clippers take it to razor length. Put a small pool of baby oil in your and and then a bit of water, mix it up and rub it on your stubble.

The shave as normal, regularly rinse your razor. After washing, put a bit more baby oil on and rub it in.

Sudocreme will clear the rash.

If you lathered up alot on moisterising shaving cream before shaving, you wouldn't have that rash. .

How do you stop ingrowing hairs?

"How do you stop ingrowing hairs? "

Exfoliate regularly, so the hairs can grow through and not be stopped by a layer of thick skin.

Aloe Vera is soothing for a rash.

How does a man go about exfoliating without getting a bright red neck?

Do it in shower before bedtime. You'll awake fresh skinned and smooth.

You can get men's exfoliating facial scrub too which doesn't make your neck or face red just kissably smooth

Usually when I do a clean shave my neck looks like a scene from a horror movie, blood everywhere!

Just use a balm from Nivea.
