I've unabashedly developed a fair bit of a soft spot for him... handsome for an older man, the Irish accent, super smart and caring, and loves animals.
Can anyone else sympathise with me? |

"He does make me melt a little... but part of that is that I suspect he is a good, upstanding family man and, therefore, untouchable.
"
Actually, googling his name & wife brings up nothing. |

"Totally. What makes it funnier is that my mum always goes on about what a perfect match he'd be for me! I'm like, you do know he's on the telly mum? "
We can dream though |

How do you mean? He's not married. |

So utterly touchable then? I've just had a look at an interview he gave a few years ago. He uses 'she' so I'll assume he's straight. He also says that whoever settles down with him will have to accept that they will come below his work - "she will never come first."

Incredibly touchable
I skimmed the search results for his wife, and there's an interview that says he's married to his work and it'd take someone special to understand the time and effort he puts into his job.

He isn't married.
But he really is a great guy.
Have met him twice and he really is as he comes across - but totally all for the animals.
He didn't remember meeting me, but he remembered my dog and came over the second time we met and knew the dogs name straight off. |

All the dog people I know only ever remember the dogs' names and refer to the people as Dog's name Mum or Dad.

He did a piece to camera with my dog, this was at crufts, - I was surplus to requirements. |
