Ok...
Perfect symmetry is always gonna be difficult when you develop a dominant side from early on in life. To try and match up both sides you should try unilateral training and ditch the bar for dumbells when pressing
You can do single arm presses with dumbells or alternate pressing one side then the other. Brings more core work into it.
So yeah drop the bar because your stronger side will be doing more when benching with it |

saw a programme many years ago where they made body pics of people who wanted the 'perfect bod' - being symetrcial was one of the things discussed - faces particularly look very strange when you make both sides the same - |
