What would you consider your dating age to be?
And would you consider dating anyone older or younger than yourself?
I should probably start with mine, 19-25, three years each way for me. Although I tend to sway towards someone older than me rather than younger  . |

Well i never really had an age but they where usually couple of years older. Until i met my partner and hes 22 years older than me. Never in a million years would i.have gone looking for someone that much older than me |

first long relationship,he was 10 years older, but since then younger, husband was 14 years younger, and most casual dating ive done has been much younger men..not particularly looked for them though..i'd be happy to date someone my age or older,just don't seem to be any out there! |

Apparently I look younger than my years (and act it  ) so I prefer a bit younger but as I've got older I seem to attract people me nans age....haven't dated one yet though  |

My husband is 14 years older than me and that feels just right but I've always preferred older men. I probably wouldn't go much older though. With women I'd consider younger than me but possibly not too much older than me. |

My ex husband was 2 years younger than me. When I started dating again I was looking at around 45-55. Now mr is 3 years older than me. But age is just a number x |

Id like them to be pretty equal but if I had to choose id say more. My husband had so much general knowledge I was always in awe at the pub quiz! Its sexy. |

I never really thought about age when I was dating. But Marc is 4 years older than me and it feels perfect. I don't think I would have dated a guy younger than me, anyway.
I do like being with someone who is more intelligent than me, though. And I've honestly never met someone in person as intelligent as Marc is, so I guess I just lucked out. |

That's my take too? I came on here with quite rigid thoughts of 25-40 but actually there are some real hotties that are outside of these parameters that I would absolutely meet |

Over the last few years I e dated between the ages of 20-42 (during my early 30's) I think the 'better' dating was with women around my own age though, if I chose to date again it would probably be late 20's early 30's ideally currently |

When I was dating in my twenties, it was always someone older. I've been dating on and (mostly) off again over the last 2 years and they've mostly been younger. 10 years younger would probably be my maximum and perhaps the same older.
I don't tend to notice age though really, my friends are a range of ages and it's things other than our ages that have drawn us together.

This post makes me want to reconsider the dating age a little, perhaps 19-27?
But since my younger sibling is 20, dating someone younger than her would feel a little weird. |

I find old men sexy, the older the better. Wouldn't even consider under 50.
No real preference with women, though I do find young convincing cross dressers sexy. |

I guess it's less about age and more about life and expectations. I've given up on looking for something with substance, though.
I'd want someone who could support and challenge me. That's probably going to come from someone older. But i want an equal for the other bits of life, so not too much older. |

Generally mid 40's to mid 50's.
I have just started dating again after a gap of about 10 years. So it was a pleasant surprise and coincidence to suddenly see one of my dates from that time is the star of a television advert that is currently running. She's married now but still as gorgeous looking as ever. |
