I'm sure you don't want me to trot out all the sad old cliche's but it is true. Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.

well if you know you shouldnt have had it ...then you got think why you did ? it hurts because you got used to seeing to each other and obviously had feelings . that my opinion on it .

When my relationships split up, i would allow myself 2 weeks to wallow in self people, listen to soppy songs and generally be a miserable cow. Soon as the two weeks was up id pick myself up and dust myself down and move on.
